Hi, I'm Marcus Xu

How I started out and progressed in my financial career.

Marcus began his financial advisory career in 2013, stepping into an industry he would go on to dedicate his life to.

In the early years he learned what most young advisors learn the hard way. That technical knowledge alone does not build a lasting career. What matters most is the desire to serve people well and the discipline to show up consistently, even when results are slow to come.

As he grew, so did his conviction that culture is everything. That the environment a leader creates determines how far their people can go. This belief became the foundation of everything he would go on to build.

He founded 1 ARK with a clear mission. To create an agency where people are invested in, supported, and given every opportunity to become the best version of themselves. Where no one grows alone.

Under his leadership, 1 ARK has become home to some of the most highly productive and elite consultants in the company. A team built on accountability, respect, knowledge, and an unshakeable belief in each other.

More than anything he has achieved for himself, his mission now is to open doors for others and bring every Arkie to the world stage alongside him.
