How I started out and progressed in my financial career.

I started my journey in insurance as an agent after I graduated, which gave me firsthand experience of what it takes to build trust, resilience, and long-term client relationships.

My path took me into banking, where I led wealth teams and served affluent, onshore and offshore HNW clients. It sharpened my commercial instincts and broadened my understanding of leadership in a structured, performance-driven environment.

Then came a defining chapter: I joined the FA space as part of the founding team of a new licensed FA firm . We built everything from the ground up—recruitment, culture, compliance, growth. It was tough but fulfilling, and it gave me firsthand insight into what truly sustains a team beyond just numbers.

Today, as Branch Director of Veritas Stratos Partners under Manulife Advisory Group, I lead a team of financial planners with a focus on enabling success. I’m passionate about working with good people — helping them professionally, step into leadership, and stay anchored in integrity as they pursue excellence.

This branch isn’t just a business—it's a platform to empower financial planners who want to do meaningful work.
