How I started out and progressed in my financial career.

As a veteran banker with 17 years of experience in consumer banking, I have had the opportunity to progress through various roles and responsibilities, spanning training, senior management, and sales and distribution. I began my career at OCBC Bank, where I worked for 17 years and rose through the ranks to become Executive Director. In my last role at OCBC Bank, I led a team of 250 frontline staff as Head of the North-East Cluster.
 

My journey in finance began with a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. Later, I pursued a Master of Finance from Sydney University and completed the OCBC-INSEAD Executive Development Programme, which provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and equipped me with the necessary skills to progress in my career.
 

Today, as the Director of Ascend Ace Group, I am proud to lead a team of dedicated consultants who understand the financial aspirations of our customers. We are committed to helping our clients take control of their financial goals with the right investment expertise. We believe in having talented people on our team and providing them with opportunities to develop and grow with us.
